It’s time for our final thoughts this month on Keeping Score. With that in mind let me ask you one question. Do you know your key objectives?
If you cannot list at least five key objectives off the top of your head then you need to take some time right now and get this figured out!
We need to know what we are aiming for before we can create a yardstick that measures how close we are to achieving the objective. And we need to measure our progress to know what direction we are moving in.
It’s time for you to make a decision. Are you in business to make a profit or to tread water? As a business owner and leader those key objectives must be front and center in your business – and always at the top of your mind.
