Here at Edge of Change we know that training is not the answer, however it is part of the solution. The event of the training when done right is that jolt that will allow individuals, teams and organizations to see, and feel, what is possible. 

At Edge of Change we take a look at the whole picture starting with the Team Diagnostic Assessment.
This gives us a snap shot in time of what is the truth, in your teams understanding, of what is happening, the strengths and the opportunities for growth. From this information we partner with you to custom design a one to two day training that will fit your needs.  This will stimulate the behavioral change that is needed for the business results desired with passion and purpose.

Because change is a process over time to break way from old thinking, and behavioral patterns, we will partner with you behind the training with follow up coaching to reinforce positive behaviors and provide feedback for continued growth and development for long term sustainability.

It is also important to measure progress from time to time, which is the reason we start the process with the Team Diagnostic Assessment and measure our results every 6 months. "Where have you been, where are you now, and what is next." This allows us to celebrate successes and adjust for any course correction along the way.
