Team Coaching

Team Alignment coaching is designed to align the culture with the values to create a vision and mission with purpose.  Because we know the purpose, mission/vision and values of the culture define the organization. “You either define the culture or the culture will define you”.

Clients are guided through a proven action oriented process that delivers significant results.

During our high energy, solution focused sessions leaders and teams can expect to:

Teams meet with the coach twice per month for 60-minute calls for an average of six months. We recommend this coaching option for any team that wants to be more effective in anything they undertake.
