The Coach helps push people out of their comfort zone to deepen learning, hold clients accountable to use skills gained, give objective feedback, listen and brainstorm while introducing new resources.

Individual Leadership Development Coaching

The culture of a company, regardless of size, is a direct reflection of the consciousness or unconsciousness of the current leaders. This is the reason we strongly advise Individual leadership development coaching for anyone that is in a leadership position. This program will be designed around your needs and goals. There is a commitment to work with your coach for at least 4-5 months. The first 2- hour call designs the alliance of how you and your coach will work together to create the outcomes you desire. After the first 2-hour session you will meet with your coach for 60- minute calls every other week. Along with unlimited email access to your coach there are processes and homework that make the transformational journey exciting and rewarding. Investment for the first 10 hours:

 Team Coaching

Team coaching is designed to align the culture with the values to create a vision and mission with purpose. Because we know the purpose, mission/vision and values of the culture define the organization. “You either define the culture or the culture will define you”. Teams meet with their coach twice per month for twelve 90-minute calls for an average of six months. We recommend this coaching option for any team that wants to be more effective in anything they undertake. Whether you are a new start up company a company is transition, putting together a new task force or beginning a major change initiative, team coaching facilitates execution. Mastery Group Coaching

Group coaching creates a positive change leveraging the knowledge, support, creativity and accountability of the Coach as well as the members of the group. This is a 4 month project coaching where you will pick your one BIG goal you wish to achieve, and make it happen. You will get clear on your goal. Design a strategic plan. Work with the group to close the gaps, and celebrate your success. The groups are small from 4-6 people "meeting"  via phone for one hour twice a month. Days and times are determined each month.
