Caroline Cummings is an entrepreneur, public speaker, advocate and philanthropist. She's led global technology change management initiatives for Bristol-Meyers Squibb pharmaceuticals. She's recently been the CEO of her own Web 2.0 Internet start-up, OsoEco, where she helped raise half of a million dollars from Oregon angel investors. In February 2008 she co-founded Smart-ups, a not-for-profit organization that helps improve the climate for Oregon's Willamette Valley emerging growth companies. Caroline also helps connect entrepreneurs with investors throughout the Southern Willamette Valley as a contractor with both the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network.
